Littlest All-in-One is a newborn sized all in one style cloth diaper with a 4 layer bamboo terry insert sewn in.  AWJ lined for comfort and has hook and loop closures for the waistband.  
This model also has a pocket in case you need a little extra boost, you can add a second insert.
